- Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of Laundry operations.
- Organized and managing entire laundry day to day operation, ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard.
- Ensure laundry department work within the fiscal year budget and surpass department budget in terms of revenue generation achieved 12% revenue increase for two consecutive years.
- Ensure all guest laundry pick up request done within 15 minutes, washed properly and deliver before stipulate time on our guest laundry list score 98% in LQA report.
- Ensure all guest issue are handle professionally and timely manner, achieved 99% from Guest Score Card, Guest Satisfaction survey and Review pro etc.
- Ensure all conflict within staffs are given urgent attention, treat fairly and equally, achieved 100% in yearly Team Member Survey “TMS” for five consecutive years.
- Organising training for the staff and hire and train new laundry staffs.
- Working with department training coordinator and training department to ensure all staff participate in all available training either off or on job. achieve 100% on training and development.
- Ensure all laundry activities are carried out as per international standard of health and safety procedure.
- Coordinate with engineering department for outstanding repairs and services of machinery.
