- Working with the Company’s own job portal, setting up the procedure for recruitment.
- Getting Requirement details from Heads.
- As per the requirement posting the jobs on different job portals like Naukri, LinkdIn Etc.
- Sourcing and screening candidates from portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, other social networking groups and through referrals.
- Finding out the availability of the candidates and then conducting the Screening, shortlist the candidates and Pre-Interview for the candidates.
- Self-involvement in preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their Competencies, skills and aspirations (position, salary, relocation aspects etc).
- Coordinating with vendors & HM’s for Interview.
- Taking care of joining formalities, creating login id request, ID card/ access card request, laptop request etc.
- Actively involved in the preparation of joining kit.
- Helping the new joiners to complete on boarding process

- Tracking the leaves of employees and maintaining an attendance sheet.
- Providing inputs for payroll processing on a monthly basis before the payroll cut-off date.
- Coordinating with the third party vendor for the payroll output file.
- Schedule the interview and taking feedback from HM’s and also from candidates.
- Manage salary negotiations, date of joining and help with reference checks.
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers.
- Meeting monthly targets for vacancies filled.
- Being a part of Product IT-Team, taking care of sourcing, screening and recruitment for Product Engineering and leadership roles.
- Involved in end to end recruitment life cycle including requirement gathering, preparing custom job description, sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Communicated with clients to get a clear view on their hiring requirements.
- Working on multiple recruiting tools and tactics involving Boolean-Naukri/Monster, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Hirist, Instahyre etc.
- Targeting talent from top pedigrees & getting them to closure.
- Generate the references and build strong candidates database.
- Handling few clients and managing their hiring needs.

- Handling employee queries related to pay structure or payroll and setting up of helpdesk if required
